PC Tech (Position Filled)
We are looking for talented individuals that we can groom and teach how to offer the high quality of service our customers have come to enjoy and expect from our team.
Hours: M – F, 8am – 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Salary Requirements: $20,000-$30,000; commensurate with experience
Benefits: Health Insurance (BCBS), two weeks vacation, three sick days and six holidays per year
Position Available: Immediately
Location: Main Office NOC (Fredericksburg, VA 22405) and Field Service throught DC Metro Area
Responsibilities:
- answer multi-line phones
- create customer trouble tickets from calls and email
- Keep track of follow-up items for customers and trouble tickets
- Telephone support & remote assistance to troubleshoot and resolve simple computer issues
- Onsite field support as needed to resolve computer & network issues
- Work with sales team to generate quotes and order equipment for customers
- Research pricing and products for sales quotes
- Calling and checking up on customers needs

Additional Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- A+ Certification
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) 70-270, 70-271, or 70-272 for Win XP (if not current, must obtain within 90 days)
- MCP 70-620, 70-621, 70-622, or 70-623 for Windows Vista
- MCP 70-680 for Windows 7
