Hours: M – F, 8am – 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch Salary Requirements: Depends on experience Position Available: Immediately Location: Fredericksburg, VA 22405
Responsibilities: - answer multi-line phones - create customer trouble tickets from calls and email - Keep track of follow-up items for customers and trouble tickets - Telephone support & remote assistance to troubleshoot and resolve simple computer issues - Work with sales team to generate quotes and order equipment for customers - Research pricing and products for sales quotes - Calling and checking up on customers needs
Requirements: - 100% accountable and on-time - Technical computer knowledge - Good customer interaction skills - Good typing skills - Good communication oral and writing skills - Strong work ethic - Attention to details and diligence - Self-starter, takes initiative to find things that need to be done - Professional and courteous on the phone with customers
