Hours: M F, 8am – 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Salary Requirements: Depends on experience

Responsibilities:
- answer multi-line phones
- create customer trouble tickets from calls and email
- Keep track of follow-up items for customers and trouble tickets
- Telephone support & remote assistance to troubleshoot and resolve simple computer issues
- Work with sales team to generate quotes and order equipment for customers
- Research pricing and products for sales quotes
- Calling and checking up on customers needs

- Good communication oral and writing skills
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to details and diligence
- Self-starter, takes initiative to find things that need to be done
