Experienced IT Tech

Hours: M – F, 8am – 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Salary: Depends on experience
Position Available: Immediately
Location: Main Office: Fredericksburg, VA 22405; Service Area: VA, DC and MD

Responsibilities:
- Create customer trouble tickets from calls and email.
- Keep track of follow-up items for customers and trouble tickets.
- Telephone support & remote assistance to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues.
- Onsite support and troubleshoot technology issues.
- Work with some or all of the following platforms & technologies:
